Dispatch and delivery policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of processing subject to opening hours and stock availability.

UK mainland: Royal Mail 1st Class Post Service (generally next day delivery)
UK other than Mainland (e.g. Scottish Highlands): Royal Mail 1st Class Post Service (generally 2-3 day delivery)
Europe: Royal Mail Airmail Post Service
Rest of the world: Royal Mail International Service

Warranty/Refund/Cancelation policy

The 30 day warranty applies to the product in normal use and subject to usage documentation. Use our contact form to report and troubleshoot any issues. Follow the instructions in the customer services reply e-mail. Return your item for inspection. All returned products are subject to testing prior to sending any replacement. On receiving your returned purchase, we will contact you to confirm we have received it and update you. We will replace or repair components at our discretion. Please allow 14 days for a replacement to be issued. Please ensure that all returns are adequately labelled and packaged as we cannot return items lost in the post or damaged due to insufficient packaging. When returning such items, please obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for items that do not arrive back here. Please ensure that your details are included when returning any items. Refills and e-liquids cannot be returned if opened or used due to health hygiene reasons.

Any cancellations of orders will be given a full refund providing the order has not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched you have within 30 days to return your order from the date you received it. We will give a full refund once the order has been returned back to us. Please notify us within 14 days of the purchase if you would like to cancel and return your order. When returning an item, the chosen payment method at the time of the purchase of your item, will determine how your refund is processed.

To return an unwanted or faulty item, please address it to E-Star Cigarette UK Ltd, 26 Warwick Road, Manchester, M35 0QQ. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items but if the product is faulty we will refund your return cost.



Payment options

Payment can be made by major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your goods or provision of the service to you.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may share your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
